“WASHINGTON: Billionaire Elon Musk, who has been rising for complaints about US President Joe Biden, has contributed to a political party functioning to select opponent presidential nominee Donald Trump,” Bloomberg notified on Friday, mentioning sources.
The statement did not predict how much Musk presented but counted it as “a sizable amount” provided to a company called America PAC. Bloomberg registered that the PAC—“A group that can receive unlimited contributions for political activity—is next required to disclose its list of donors on July 15.”
In March, Trump, an ex-US president who is envisioned to be professionally designated next week as the Republican Party’s candidate for the Nov 5 election, assembled with Musk and other affluent backers.
In reaction to the conference announcements, South Africa-born Musk posted on Twitter: “Just to be super clear, I am not donating money to either candidate for US president.”
In May, he also rejected media statements that there had been many discussions over a possible consultancy position for him in any Trump presidential role. Musk, the world’s most decadent person who directs electric car designer Tesla, missile maker SpaceX, social media company X and other establishments, did not reply to appeals for remarks.
Biden movement ambassador James Singer claimed that “Musk knows Trump is a sucker who will sell America out, cutting his taxes while raising taxes on the middle class by $2,500.”
