MNA Shazia Marri claims that the federal government did not meet the requirements for collaborating with PPP.
ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, the PPP Parliamentarians from both houses of Parliament expressed extreme qualms about the Federal Government’s retaining them in the dark about the next budget system.
At the Parliament House, Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari ruled the party parliamentarians’ discussion. As per sources, members of Parliament House showed extreme reservations regarding the Federal government’s not considering them in budget policy.
They considered that the public should get relief from the Budget. They claimed that PPP was promoting PML-N Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz for the sake of democracy, but the public’s benefits could be considered.
PPP Parliamentarians grumbled that the administration had not completed its promises to their party, as per sources.
On Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., Bilawal re-called the parliamentary party’s meeting. He led the party in communicating with the state on the PPP’s budget system.
Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Secretary Information Shazia Marri, answering to reporter’s inquiries, claimed the members had declared the chairman about the issues of their separate constituencies, discussing with the media after the meeting. She claimed further, that they are answerable to the public.
“We are a political party; we have an ideology and a manifesto and we wanted to give our input in the light of that. Does this government want the PPP to protest? Does the government want us to express our displeasure on the floor of the National Assembly?” she claimed.
