As per local investigator, he allegedly rammed his Porsche car to motorcycle, on which two people were riding, on spot one got killed while other was seriously injured.
The minor was later arrested and presented to the juvenile court. As per juvenile controversy, the court ordered him to write an essay and show his grief, this is a part of his punishment. This was part of his punishment, forbidding drinking and driving situations and to secure a family.
This judgment of the court has sparked great controversy about justice and effectiveness of such heinous crimes.

He mentioned, “This is a tragic incident that highlights the urgent need for more effective measures to prevent youth from engaging in such destructive behavior,” said a police spokesperson. He also added, “We must address the root causes of these issues, including the easy availability of alcohol to minors and the lack of proper guidance and support for troubled youth.”
Some social activists and community leaders have also shown criticism against the count’s decision. They mentioned, “Writing an essay is not a sufficient punishment for taking two lives,” said one activist. Some of them also said that, “We need to ensure that justice is served and that there are real consequences for such heinous acts. At the same time, we must also focus on rehabilitation and prevention to stop such tragedies from occurring in the future.”
Victims’ families have also shown grief, one of relatives of victims said,”We have lost our loved ones, and no essay can bring them back,” said a relative of one of the victims. Also said that, “We demand justice and a punishment that reflects the severity of the crime.”
This issue has raised a great concern on juvenile justice and highlighted the need for several changes in it. As crime is crime no matter who did it, crime becomes bigger if it is done by some minor people.
