Ultimately, it will depend on the judge. The judge will wholly consider the matter by looking into each political difficulty, and how Trump is struggling to become president again. The second penalty for this crime can be fine.
The 77-year-old Donald Trump is facing severe punishment threats in other three cases too. But, those cases are delayed, and neglected for some other issues.
