On Monday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi showed a graceful symbol to the Sharif Brothers for getting a congratulations message from them on ruling India for the third time.
On Sunday, Modi declared at the ceremony accompanied by Bangleshi, Maldives, and Sri Lankan Leaders. But Pakistan, and China were not attending that ceremony.
On June 10, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif delivered kind-hearted congratulations to his neighboring country PM Narendra Modi on the selection of ruler of India for the third time, after a week of declaration of the result.
He uploaded a post on Twitter as the very first authorized comment from Pakistan, “Felicitations to Narendra Modi on taking oath as the prime minister of India.”
Ex-PM and President PML-N Nawaz Sharif also sent congratulations to Narendra Modi and posted on his Twitter, “Your party’s success in recent elections reflects the confidence of the people in your leadership,” He further claimed, “Let us replace hate with hope and seize the opportunity to shape the destiny of the two billion people of South Asia.”
PM Modi showed grateful gratitude to both Sharif brothers after two hours, praising PM Shehbaz Sharif for his “good wishes”.
Modi responded to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif: “Appreciate your message, Nawaz Sharif. The people of India have always stood for peace, security and progressive ideas. Advancing the well-being and security of our people shall always remain our priority.”
When Modi became first prime Minister in 2014, Nawaz followed his ceremony.
PM Shehbaz Sharif recently showed his behavior to enhance his relationship with India. But, as per analysts, Pakistan, a sixth of the size of India, has few levers to pull.
In his recent campaign, he declared a statement for his vote, “Modi’s campaign narrative made it clear that under his dispensation, the Muslims will be politically disempowered, economically marginalized, and deprived of their constitutional rights.
