Islamabad police detent Javaid an hour after her dismissal in the FIA case, reported in The International News..
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javaid paced free after months-prolonged detention on Sunday, only to be arrested once again by the Islamabad police.
The social media political activist’s liberation from jail has previously encountered numerous pauses as the ordinance convincer detents her every time she is permitted to exit.
On Sunday, Javaid was liberated after an Islamabad court absolved her in a case conveyed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), a daytime after being redetented by the investigation agent observing her bail from Gujranwala jail.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) had the previous week vacated the PTI activist of authorities in an individual case connected to the May 9 hoots while permitting her petition against physical remand presented by an anti-terrorism bench.
Furthermore, the FIA team secured and detained her in the latest case, pursuing the May 9 occasion, upon her bail from jail on Saturday.
“The FIA Cyber Crime Cell had installed a case against her for publishing provoking comments on May 9, convincing individuals to invade the Jinnah House,” The International News conveyed.
Following her arrest, the FIA team transported Javaid to Islamabad, where she was presented in a district and sessions court for the acquisition of remand today (Sunday).
The judge on duty, Malik Imran, exonerated her on her proposal, but the Islamabad police grabbed her into control. Her attorney guaranteed her detention in a Twitter post.
Moreover, it is not known in which case she was detented.
The PTI firebrand campaigner has been mired in many cases, all connected to the destruction and fuss initiated by PTI founder Imran Khan’s detention on May 9, 2023. Twelve cases were documented against her, including the Zaman Park destruction, the PML-N house fire, and a Racecourse Police Station happening.
She has been forgiven in four cases, including the most delinquent FIA case, and has cultivated bail in the remaining eight cases.
It may be reported that Javaid also oppugned the February 8 general elections from a regional constituency in Punjab on PTI’s ticket.
