Some Verizon consumers in certain parts of the country experienced mobile network issues on Thursday evening and Friday morning. However, the company resolved this network ambiguity after making a statement.
On Friday, Verizon’s representative claimed in USA TODAY through Email that “ Many consumers were facing issues of networks in major parts of the country, primarily in Midwestern, and Western states. Our tech engineers have been employed rapidly to solve the problem at 3 am CT. If someone is still dealing with network outrage, they must power cycle their cell phones”.
The company rapidly posted on Twitter after learning about the worst situation of network outrage: “We are familiar with network issues influencing numerous cities in the country overall.
Many network consumers post their complaints on social media.
On Thursday, May 30, at 6:39 p.m., the Website reporter received 12,599 complaints of network issues by 9:54 p.m. The number of complaints reported extended to 5,831 later. The website reporter didn’t receive any further complaints by 1 p.m. ET on Friday, May 31. According to company support representatives, network outrages issues were resolved within 48 hours.
