Medical license plates purchased online for less than $10 are being used by enforcement cameras to cheat and avoid Ulez charges. An expert has warned that more than a million words are misread almost every day due to plagiarism. Some people use color plates that can’t be read by the cameras and the driver can’t be identified while they can be seen by the naked eye. Similarly, some people also misuse spacing and font. Some are plagiarized and duplicates are taped here.
Automatic number plate recognition is also used in low-traffic areas and police stations like the police to manage clean air charges, traffic police, parking insurance, and congestion charges. But otherwise, it was technology that people might not believe was the key to stopping terrorism and protecting critical points.
Former government commissioner Tony Potter told The Times in an interview that 80 to 90 percent of wrong writing is read because it’s dim and colorful. In the past 18 months, 2,184 notices were taken, including 223 public presentations of Doctored plates. Fake number plates can be purchased from 40,000 sellers for less than $10, and daily plates printed to protect against ANPR information can be purchased for $80.
MailOnline found a British website that sells tinted plates for between $18 and $28 but it does clarify: ‘Please note adding a tint to a number plate is not Road legal in the UK.’
Trained ANPR Cameras in Gatwick have detected that 41 of the 683 plates used some form of anti-ANPR technology if transferred to the other parts of the country, it will be one of the fifteen drivers. According to another study, 40% of taxis and private hire cars had some kind of anti-ANPR method on their number plates too.
