Overnight, Orange County firefighters were able to extinguish four residential fires in Westminster, Mission Viejo, and Lake Forest. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
In Westminster Fire (Chestnut Street), fire was reported in the 13000 block of Chestnut Street around 5:30 a.m. on Friday. The reason of the fire eruption is still under investigation. All 10 occupants were safely evacuated along with residents’ belongings by OCFA – Orange Country Fire Authority.
In Mission Viejo (Jinetes), There was a dog inside the house, and the fire was threatening the residences close. It occurred around 9 p.m. on Thursday at the location of the 21000 block of Jinetes. Fortunately, firefighters rescued everyone including the dog.
In Westminster Fire (Iroquois Road), the fire was successfully extinguished at the 6400 block of Iroquois Road. The time of fire was around 9 p.m. on Thursday.
In the Lake Forest Fire (Rio Hondo Circle), the fire was reported at the 26000 block of Rio Hondo Circle around 2.15 a.m. on Friday. Fortunately, no injury was reported and the fire was successfully extinguished.
