“It is written in the [Holy] Quran the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him said, ‘God said have no fear [for] I am with you, hearing and seeing’,” the opposition leader claimed.
His comments were revealed during his speech on the assembly floor wherein he banged Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for scattering hatred, fear, and violence.
The opposition leader pinned a point out, “that the BJP leaders spread hatred despite their claims of being Hindu, and stressing that that’s not what the religion is about.”
Rahul harboured that all outstanding leaders have expressed non-brutality and annihilated fear.
The statements didn’t pose correctly with the Indian PM and his party prodding Modi to mandate an apology from the opposition leader claiming that considering the whole Hindu society as “violent” is a solemn problem.
Moreover, the opposition leader was fast to react and claimed:” No no […] Modi, the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) are not [representation of] entire Hindu society.”
Additionally, Rahul, while delivering his speech, also drove considerations to other religions involving Sikhism, Christianity, Buddhism and Jainism to highlight the significance of fearlessness, claimed India Today News.
The Congress leader’s comments highlighted a severe response from the treasury benches who maintained to exclaiming mottoes on the assembly floor.
